Refund policy

Return Window
We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. This is not a standard return policy. All sales are final unless the item meets the conditions outlined below.

This 7-day window applies only to:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Refunds & Order Cancellations

  • Premade Items: All premade purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Pre-Order Items: All pre-order sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to production beginning immediately.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or delays outside our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at yugenze.com@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging
  • Your order number

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

Exchanges
We do not offer size, color, or style exchanges for any items (pre-order or premade). Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot refund orders that are refused due to unpaid duties or taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
