Acceptance of Terms By accessing and placing an order with Yugenze, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below.

Products and Pricing All products are sold as pre-orders unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

Pre-Order Terms Pre-order items will be produced and shipped within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. We will make every effort to meet this timeline but are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping carriers.

Payment Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Order Accuracy You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about damaged or defective items.

Limitation of Liability Yugenze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
